Elusive dreams of sleep
Geez Louise, life is so crazy sometimes. Sometime I feel like I'm a little speck of snow in one of those little snow tornadoes I saw this morning. Yes, it was snowing today... and zut alors, it was the coldest day EVER! Oh yeah... sleep, I really should seek some help or something, because last night I was trying to do my chemistry pre-lab until 11:30 when I fell asleep. And what happens next, I wake up at 2:40 in the morning, and I drag my lazy ass out of bed, and start plugging away. It got to a point where it would have been easier for me to stay up than sleep and then attempt to rise again, so I just stayed up. Needless to say, I have been quite the zombie today. But no, I haven't been really dreaming for sleep, nor do I have any sort of trouble falling asleep, I just don't, plain and simple. Anyways, today has been a rough day. I'm still really sore all over from something... I think it was the intramural volleyball game I played with the section I tend to in East Residence in guelph. I think the uberstars (my team) are getting some cohesion action going on, in terms of understanding each other and stuff. But anyways, I'm extremely sore today, and I think this could be compounded be the fact that I entirely rearranged my room to something more pleasing. In fact, I highly enjoy it. :) Besides this, copious amounts of paper with monetary value were given to various people in exchange for other goods, namely 2 posters, and 2 textbooks. Hurray, eh? I spent like $130 or so... needless to say, it' been pretty exciting. And then I returned home, and I feel like all hell hath broke loose. As I was taking my unscheduled evening nap (as was my accompanying RA partner for the night), I forgot to pick up the pager. It turns out, a serious incident occured, and we were not at hand to respond to it, so I feel like a bit of a failure right now. *sigh* But things seem to be under control, so I am thankful for that.
