Back in Vancoovur
Heyheyhey! I'm back in vancouver now... Right after the last entry, I think I got cut off from the internet in guelph.... what a shame, eh? oh well... Anyways, I've been taking it easy the past week back... I've been sleeping in until noon(which is 3pm guelph time... eep!), and just hanging out with family and friends. It's really strange not having Teddy around... like all the little quirky habits I had developed because of him now just feel really empty. And the house is like uber-clean now too. It's really strange, but I guess I'll get used to it soon enough!!! Any besides that, I've been gorging myself on such good good food... Both at restaurants and at home! oh man, I'm so spoiled here, it's incredible... But it makes me excited, as I get to bring all this good food back to Guelph! *yay* Aiya... sorry about the total disjointedness of this entry... My brain is simply not working I guess... no school=random thought patterns... But I have been doing lots of thinking... and writing in my actual journal... I'm not really sure why I'm not writing it in here, but I suppose here I have the luxury of writing into a journal instead of a blog. It's just a little more satisfying that way, and your thoughts can be a bit more personal than I'm willing to be right now... But anyways, what else is new with me? I recently learned to play chinese chess. It's a really fun game, actually... it progresses a lot faster than chess, and the pieces seem a lot more interconnected with each other... so it's like easier to cover your ass and stuff.. good fun! if any of you have the chance, you should check it out! or get me to teach it to ya! :) Coming back has seemed a bit weird... In a way, it feels like things have changed, but my situation and place in life have not. It's almost as if my life in Vancouver isn't really progressing. It feels like it's been put into stasis, and nothing will change for me in vancouver, even as they do. It's a bit strange and hard to explain. Compounded with my inherent lackingness in terms of explaining ideas, it must seem like mindless drivel... Aiya. And yey yey, my sister has returned from Japan today... and then she'll be leaving for Colorado at lunch time tommorow to see Dave... but t'was nice seeing her again!! speaking of which, I also managed to visit Seycove today.... it was cool seeing the new section all new and shiny... and also nice to catch up with some of the teachers and stuff. Okiay, here's your daily does of randomness for the day: -i learned a new japanese phrase: hana-ji-booooooooooo! "nosebleed" -random site of the day! Bye!
